ACES is an accredited online high school and all courses are approved by the Ontario Ministry of Education. Please view the letter from the Ministry.
General Information
Coursework and final exam
Lessons are provided online and remain available throughout the school year to enrolled students. Each lesson is accompanied by a live or pre-recorded podcast presented by our teachers. In addition, live weekly tutorial sessions will run each week to troubleshoot and help students with understanding course materials. Course assignments and exercises will be posted and must be returned using email to your teachers in due time. Students should attend designated locations for writing their final exams.
ACES has examination centres in Canada, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, China, and Iran contact us. Students who cannot attend the designated ACES locations to write their final exams, should attend the nearest possible location assigned by ACES.
Course Length
Most courses take a minimum of three months to complete. However, students can study and complete the course at their own pace as long as it is completed within six months from the start of the course. Re-enrolment and payment of full tuition fees will apply if the course is not completed within this period.
Books/course materials
Electronic books, CDs, and other necessary course materials will be shipped to students.

Make-up Courses
Students who have previously completed a course but not satisfied with their grades are allowed to re-take the course. The student must have achieved a mark of at least 35% in the course that they like to repeat. Minimum length of a Make-up course is 4 weeks.
